Ben Awurum is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has recognized and respected experience in Litigation and Dispute Resolution in Nigeria
He also has experience in the capital market and expertise in providing professional advice for a wide range of commercial transactions including complex Agreements in Oil and Gas sector and the Capital Market.
Ben Awurum was the Acting Company Secretary/ Chief Compliance Officer of GTL Registrars Limited (Formerly known as Union Registrars Limited) and also the Acting Company Secretary of Cedar Express Limited and Wharf Street Investments Limited (subsidiaries of the GTL Registrars Limited).
He obtained an LLB (HONS) from the University of Lagos and a BL from the Nigerian Law School, Agbani, Enugu. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Capital Market Solicitors Association and Institute of Capital Market Compliance Officers Committee.
CHIBUIKEM OPARA

Chibuikem Opara is a Partner in the firm, he has well over a decade experience of representing and advising clients on a wide range of issue. He has particular expertise in Commercial Litigation, Cross border mediation, negotiation and Family and probate.
He obtained an outstanding Law degree from University of Lagos and the Nigerian Law School. He also holds a Master’s Degree in law from University of Lagos majoring in Corporate Law Practice and Energy Resources Law.
He have written many published articles in different Journals and also contributed many texts, He is a resource person and have spoken in different fora both within and outside the country.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, also a founding member of the Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators. A Dispute Resolution Specialist (DSR), He is motivated by taking new challenges that raise both legal and ethical issues.
KUNLE OLUWASANMI

Kunle Oluwasanmi is a Partner in the Firm, He Heads the Firm’s Property Law group, He obtained his degree in Law from the Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Nigeria. Kunle is extremely hardworking and known for his passion and creative approach to all legal issues.
His legal expertise is centred on Property, debt recovery, Corporate and Commercial transactions providing business orientated advice to clients. He has concluded several property transactions on behalf of different range of clients including Mortgage Companies in Nigeria.
JOY BRAIMOH

Joy Braimoh is a Legal Practitioner with experience in law reporting, legal research and litigation. She bagged her Barchelor of Laws (LLB) Hons from Imo State University, Owerri; and bagged her Barrister at Law (BL) from the Nigerian Law School, Yenagoa and obtained a Certification in Law Reporting and Editing from the Continuous Legal Education (CLE). She is a member of Nigerian Bar Association.
