Our experience includes rendering advice and legal services on transactions relating to Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issue, Bond Offerings and Private Placement.

We act in respect of a private placement transactions and we get involved in the drafting of vending and underwriting agreement as well as reviewing the prospectus.
