Our Lawyers have extensive competence in Election Petition matters and it is an area of Practice which the Firm intends to grow extensively. Some of our Lawyers have successfully prosecuted and defended various Election matters across different States, courts and tribunal for Gubernatorial Elections and State Legislative, including Late Mr. Ibrahim Bapetel’s Election Petition matter in Adamawa state in 2007, Adamawa State Legislative matters at the tribunal in 2007 and ANPP Ogun State Legislative matters at the Court of Appeal in Oyo State.
